- Advance reservation is essential due to the limited capacity of the historic cave cellar.

Please note that access to the cellar requires descending approximately 54 stairs and is therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Due to the intimate size of the cellar (approximately 30–35 guests), reservations are strongly recommended several weeks or months in advance.
