Hello!
I am writing on behalf of the Parent Teacher Association of the British International School Budapest. We are exploring possible venues for our next annual charity gala which we are hoping to book for Saturday, 27 February 2027.
We are looking for a classically designed space that can accommodate up to 200 people for a seated dinner with generous space for dancing. As this is a function intended to raise money for local children’s charities, we are hoping for a quote that will fall within our limited budget. We believe the Ceremonial Hall can accommodate our event very nicely.
Would you be kind enough to share with us the possible costs for the rental of this Hall for our event and any other information or requiredments we should consider in our decision?
