Cancellation Policy – Wine Tasting in Budapest Castle Cave Cellar

Due to the intimate size of the Wine Cellar and the limited availability of the Wine Tasting sessions, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the cancellation terms. When making an inquiry, and the related payment if the places are confirmed, you accept the following Cancellation Policy tiered according to the number of original participants the inquiry was submitted to. Kindly note that each voucher is registered in the value specified below (similarly to a credit note), i.e. no actual digital or paper voucher will be sent.

Individuals – Mini Groups (1–3 guests):

• Cancellations  made more than 14 days before the reserved date:
  – Up to 1 guest may be cancelled with a 100% value registered in the form of a redeemable and transferable voucher valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  – For cancellations of 2 or more, 75% of the booking value will be registered as a transferable voucher (valid for 12 months), 25% of the booking value (15% handling fee + 10% admin/standby) is non-redeemable.
• Cancellations within 14 days: non-redeemable.

Small Groups (4–7 guests)

• Cancellations  made more than 14 days before the reserved date:
  – Up to 1 guest may be cancelled with a 100% value registered in the form of a redeemable and transferable voucher valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  – For larger cancellations 2 or more, 65% of the booking value will be registered as a transferable voucher (valid for 12 months) 35% of the booking value (25% handling fee + 10% admin/standby) is non-redeemable.

Medium Groups (8–10 guests)

• Cancellations  made more than 21 days before the reserved date:
  – Up to 2 guests may be cancelled with a 100% value registered in the form of a redeemable and transferable voucher valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  – For larger cancellations, 3 or more, 55% of the booking value will be registered as a transferable voucher (valid for 12 months), 45% (25% handling fee + 20% admin/standby) is non-redeemable.
• Cancellations within 21 days: non-redeemable.

Larger Groups (11 or 11+ guests)

• Cancellations  made more than 30 days before the reserved date:
  – Up to 10% of guests may be cancelled with a 100% value registered in the form of a redeemable and transferable voucher valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  – For larger cancellations, 50% of the booking value will be registered as a transferable voucher (valid for 12 months). 50% (25% handling fee + 25% admin/standby) is non-redeemable.
• Cancellations within 30 days: non-redeemable.
