This is a shared group tour, with a relaxed walking pace. The walking tour starts from the Holy Trinity Square, right in front of the Matthias Church. After visiting Fisherman’s Bastion and admiring the breathtaking panorama of Budapest, the tour continues towards the Buda Castle and the courts of the Royal Palace. During the tour you will see many UNESCO World Heritage sites, along with the most prominent attractions of the Buda Castle District.
Cancellation Policy
Refund – Cancellation Policy: 24 hour Cancellation policy (please check your confirmed tour details how to request a refund more than 24h in advance, e.g. we cannot accept a comment or a phone call). Note: the tour fee is non-refundable if the Customer cancels within 24 hours. If you miss the tour or arrive late to the meeting point, unfortunately, there will be no refund as the tour has been booked for you, excluding other guests interested in the same tour with limited group size.
No show: in case of no show, the tour unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Weather: the tour goes in all weather conditions, rains or shines.

Don’t book this tour- it was terrible. Tour guide late, unproffesional, very hard to understand. Tour only went in one straight line and did not visit the Fishermans Bastion or anywhere apart from the church and palace area. Tour guide spent 15 minutes pointing at a map and telling us to visit other places rather than telling us about where we are. We left and explored on our own. I have requested a refund but been ignored so am trying to recover my money through paypal instead.

All of the buildings of the Buda Castle inside need an entry fee. There is no area which is ‘castle only’, all rooms, halls etc. are the home of 3 institutes: the History Museum, the Gallery and the National Library (the latter also has its entrance fee). Please make sure to book a tour between Tuesday and Sunday, as the museums inside the castle are closed on Mondays.

If you wish to get a guide inside the building of the castle, you can buy an entry for HUF 2,000/ adult, plus an audio guide in Budapest History Museum for HUF 1200 (approx. €4) per person. In total HUF 3,200.

In the Hungarian National Gallery, currently you can buy a ticket at the door for HUF 1800/ adult (approx. 6 Euros) for the permanent exhibitions (temporary ones cost extra), and the audio guide is for the exhibition (not the building), it costs HUF 800 (approx. 3 Euros) per person.

Имахме билети за бюджетна обиколка на замъка. Отидохме с 2-3 минути закъснение. Звънях в офиса на фирмата и ми дадоха телефон на момчето, което трябваше да е гид. Вместо него ми отговори някаква жена. Можеха да ни изчакат 2, 3 минути. Другите екскурзоводи изчакваха групите си и тръгваха дори 10-15 минути по- късно. Можеха поне да проверят дали всички са пристигнали преди обиколката. Парите не се връщат, естествено.
Защо при недобросъвестен гид. не се връщат парите на потърпевшите?
