Hello,
After payment today for the bus tour I did not received an e-mail (voucher) on my e-mail address.
How could I join then the tour tomorrow?
Hello Violeta,
tha confirmation email has already sent to your email address.
Our partner has just informed me that you took part in the program, I hope you had a lovely time in Budapest.
Hello,
Is there enough time to enter the sights that are not included in the price? I mean if I want to enter inside Matthias church, how much time do I have available?
Hello Giannis,
thank you for your email.
I am afraid, there is not enough time for you to enter Matthias Church on this tour.
Should you wish to enter this beautiful church, why not book the Castle District Guided Tour which includes an entry to Matthias Church?
Booking is on:
https://budacastlebudapest.com/buda-castle-matthias-church-tour/
I hope I could be of help.
Hmmm. I suppose the same applies to National Gallery, Szechenyi Library and Budapest History Museum. So most of the 2 hours is spent inside the bus? What does “Short Walking Tours at Attractions” stands for?
Dear Giannis,
on the short walking tour you will visit the main attractions of the Castle District (for example Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion outside), but please note that there is no time to enter any of the buildings during this tour. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for your reply. I believe you should reschedule the bus tour to include an amount of considerable time (10 minutes) in each of the visited sights. There is no need for someone to book this tour if little or no time is spent in the sights.
Hello Giannis,
for those, who wish to spend more time at the visited sights, we recommend the following walking tours:

I hope I could be of help.
Hi, I have not received the tickets for the bus tour (for 3 people) after I have paid for the tickets. I have a receipt of the payment but no voucher sent to my email. Will I still be able to attend the bus tour ?. Kindly reply as soon as possible.
Dear Muthu,
thank you for contacting us.
I would like to confirm that we have received your booking, and the confirmation email has automatically been sent to your given email address.
I have now forwarded it from our backup email address.
Please check the junk/spam folder of your mailbox too.
We are interested in the 2-hr bus tour. Is it possible to leave the group at the Castle (or wherever the last stop is on Castle Hill) at the end of the tour so that we can spend more time visiting sites?
For 8 of us, is there any group discount?
Dear Irene,
if you wish to spend more time in the Castle area, without following the schedule of the public bus tour, we would recommend you to book a private tour. For a personalized offer please contact via email at info [at] budacastlebudapest.com or fill out the inquiry form on the following page: https://budacastlebudapest.com/buda-castle-tour-for-groups/
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes, you can get off the bus at Citadel and Liberty Statue to take photos and walk around a bit.
Have a great tour in Budapest!
Hi,
I am interesed in the Buda Hills bus tour. Just wondering where is the departure point: the webpage lists in one place “Departure in City Center: Chain Bridge”, but also in another place “Meeting Point: 19 Bathory Str Budapest District V.” Google maps shows these two points are not close. Could you please clarify? Thanks
Hello Hong,
unfortunately, the Buda Hills Bus tour is not available at the moment as several routes on the Buda Castle and Gellert Hill are currently under reconstruction, including the Citadel atop Gellert Hill.
We recommend the Buda Castle tours, please find more details on the link below:

Good morning!
How are you?
I am Enrique and I am in charge of developing the activities in HUNGARY at Civitatis.com
I will contact you to find out if you have any new excursions, activities or interesting visits that you think might fit our clients and be able to increase our portfolio in the destination.
I was specifically interested in THIS ONE that I have seen in your portfolio
Can you give me or tell me more details so I can review and include these activities after studying with our manager?
It would be very interesting for us and I hope for you too.
We wait for a response so we can continue moving forward.
Best regards.
Good morning, I will be in Budapest from Thursday 31st October to Sunday 3rd November and will be buying the Budapest Card. I believe this allows me to have a ride on the castle sightseeing bus. How do I book this with the Budapest card please and where does the bus tour start.
thankyou
You can use your ticket a total of 3 times, allowing you to hop on and off at your leisure.
hello
do not understand what the above statement means ….there are 5 stops on the hop on hop off bus and it says use tkt 3 times only
can we stop at unlimited points along the route ….which means stopping at restaurants and the fixed sightseeing stops ?
pl reply and help me understand before I buy tkt
thnx
Dear Lee,
Thank you for contacting us.
We have emailed you with the explanation. Basically it means that you can get on the bus three separate times.
Example
1st, You can take a full complete round, for example. Then get off at a sight to look around.
2nd Then take another partial round and get off at an attraction to wish to have a closer look at.
3rd Then hop back again to get to your final destination.
Hope we can welcome you at Buda Castle! Have a wonderful autumn stay in Budapest city.
Hi, Could you kindly share the details with me too. We are going to be a family of 7, including 2 persons over 65, a 1 year old and a 7 year old. Can we hop on the bus, stop at each site and take our time to visit and explore or even go in the buildings and then go out and hop on the next bus that passes from the same place? Thanks in advance for your help. We plan to visit on Christmas day.
Dear Marisabel,
Thank you for your comment on our website about visiting during the festive period.
We have sent you an email with more details.
Enjoy your Christmas holiday in Budapest!

Hello Nicola,
Thank you for your inquiry.
We recommend the Hop on Hop of Bus as not all Budapest Card may include the bus ride option (standard large tourist buses are not allowed to enter the Castle district zone, only the public transport, which is included in the physical Budapest Cards and the minibuses, like the official hop on hop off Castle minibus).
Please find more detail about the bus with stops on this link:
